Hälls Garage is a company located in Kronoby, Ostrobothnia Finland.

We offer services within car painting, sell paint products, also special paints as metal flakes, candy and chameleon paints (through our webshop flakeshop.fi). We can also offer outsorcing services, Daniel has a broad knowledge within the automotive industry and has CE-drivers license and certificate of Professional Competence.

Our company History:
Hälls Garage began with its founder Daniel’s great passion for cars and car painting. The dream of owning his own car paint shop grew stronger over time, and in 2013 he took the leap and bought a hall in Kronoby. The hall was originally built in the 1970s by Åminne Gräv.

Alongside his then job as a truck mechanic, he began completely renovating the hall. The first car was painted in the newly finished paint shop in May 2016, and by the turn of the year 2017, the business was taking up more and more time. By the summer of 2017, he became a full-time entrepreneur. The company name, Hälls Garage, comes from the name of the area, Hällholmen — and fittingly, the address is also Hällholmsvägen.

Hälls Garage started as a car paint shop, and over time the demand for truck painting increased. In early 2020, Hälls Garage expanded to Kokkola, where we had a hall and service point in the Indola area from 2020–2025, mainly focusing on painting heavy vehicles. Hälls Garage became a family business when Annika joined the company in 2020.

In 2023, we expanded our operations with a webshop — Flakeshop — which focuses on metal flakes and paint products for custom and special paint jobs.

In 2024, we purchased a hall property in Bråtö, near our paint shop in Kronoby. With that, we decided to discontinue our operations in Kokkola and sold the Indola hall in 2025. The new hall property, previously used by a metal company, covers over 1,000 square meters and provides new opportunities for us to develop our business further. The paint shop continues its operations in the original hall on Hällholmsvägen.
